Client Eligibility
Services are available exclusively to clients aged 18 years and above.
Session Duration
Standard sessions last for 60 minutes.
Clients who arrive late will be seen for the remainder of their scheduled session time.
If a session is delayed due to practitioner-related circumstances, the full session duration will be provided.
Extended sessions may be arranged, subject to availability, and will be charged on a prorated basis.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment is required in advance for all appointments.
Fees are standardised for all clients and are not adjusted based on session frequency, duration of treatment, or individual circumstances. Reduced rates are therefore not available.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled before the day of the session are eligible for either a full refund or session credit.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within 12 hours of the request.
Communication
WhatsApp messaging is available for scheduling, administrative matters, and brief queries.
Phone calls are not accepted on this number.
Non-urgent messages will typically receive a response within one business day.

Therapy services do not provide emergency or crisis support.
